Do you travel? Does distance cost extra?
We're based in Boston, Lincolnshire and shoot UK-wide. Travel is charged on top for work outside the local area — we agree it up front in your quote, so there are never any surprises on the day.
How fast is turnaround?
Most work is delivered within 3–5 weeks. If you need it sooner, tell us on the call and we'll build the plan around your deadline.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and insured, and we hold a CAA drone licence for aerial work. We'll also sign an NDA for any client who wants one.
Who owns the footage and can I use it for paid ads?
You get a licence to use everything we deliver, including for paid advertising. Raw files are available on request, and they're yours to keep.
Do you take a deposit?
A 20% deposit secures your date, with the balance due on or before delivery.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 7 days before the shoot and there's nothing more to pay — you just lose the deposit, and we'll put it towards your next booking if you rebook. Cancel within 7 days and 50% of the total is due.
